Swan Creek Estates

Project Overview

Swan Creek Estates is a new luxury residential development located just outside of Elora, Ontario. The project involved sealcoating twelve newly constructed driveways in a single coordinated scope, each averaging approximately 3,000 square feet. The goal was to protect the new asphalt, achieve a consistent high-end finish across the development, and deliver the work efficiently without compromising quality.

Because this was a luxury development, appearance and consistency mattered. Each driveway needed to present cleanly on its own while also matching the surrounding properties. Coordination with individual homeowners was required, but the work needed to be executed as a single, organized operation to maintain efficiency and consistency.

By bundling the work across multiple residences, we were able to offer residents a cost-effective rate while still applying commercial-grade materials and processes typically reserved for larger sites.
