Innerkip Highlands Golf Club required a practical maintenance solution for both their parking lot and 18-hole cart path system. While the pavement showed widespread cracking and localized failures, full repaving was not yet justified. The priority was to preserve pavement condition, improve ride quality for golfers, and extend service life while keeping costs controlled.
The club was focused on maintaining a high-quality experience for members and guests without disrupting daily play. This required a detailed assessment of the entire property, including cart paths, high-traffic intersections, and the main parking lot. Each area was reviewed to determine the most effective combination of repairs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
Based on this assessment, a tailored maintenance plan was developed to address immediate problem areas while delaying the need for full replacement. All work was scheduled during off-peak hours to minimize disruption to golfers and course operations.
Completed full crack filling of the parking lot and all cart paths across the 18-hole course using hot rubber crack filler to reduce water infiltration and slow pavement deterioration.
Performed multiple targeted asphalt repairs throughout the course and parking lot using a combination of infrared repairs and cut & patch methods to correct localized failures.
Utilized portable crack filling equipment and a mobile hot box to efficiently access cart paths and remote areas without interfering with golf play.
Delivered a detailed digital layout documenting all identified repair areas and completed work, providing the club with clear records for future maintenance planning.
Executed all work during off-peak hours to maintain uninterrupted access for golfers and staff.
