Resurrection College required routine pavement maintenance for two active parking lots totaling approximately 50,000 square feet in Waterloo, Ontario. The objective was to protect the existing asphalt, restore clear site organization, and maintain a clean, professional appearance for daily operations.
The pavement was structurally sound but showing typical surface cracking and wear consistent with regular vehicle traffic. A standard maintenance scope was selected to address these issues early, prevent further deterioration, and extend pavement life without unnecessary replacement.
Work was planned to fit within the school’s operational schedule, ensuring safe access and minimal disruption to staff, students, and visitors.
