This project involved a 16,000 square foot commercial parking lot in Cambridge, Ontario for Capture Construction. The pavement was structurally sound but showing surface cracking and wear that, if left untreated, would have accelerated deterioration and shortened its service life.
The objective was to protect the existing asphalt, improve appearance, and restore clear site organization without unnecessary replacement. A targeted maintenance approach was selected to stabilize the pavement and deliver long-term value while keeping the project efficient and cost-effective.
Work sequencing and access were planned to ensure the site remained functional throughout the process while achieving a clean, uniform final result.
Completed full crack filling across the 16,000 sq ft parking lot to prevent water intrusion and slow pavement deterioration.
Prepared the asphalt surface and applied a double-coat commercial coal tar sealcoating system to protect the pavement and restore appearance.
Re-striped all parking lines and pavement markings to improve traffic flow, organization, and site usability.
Coordinated work to minimize disruption while maintaining access to the property.
Delivered a durable, refreshed parking lot that presents cleanly and performs as intended.
