Royal Distributing required a fast, coordinated line striping refresh across multiple retail locations in Southern Ontario. The scope included two locations in Guelph, as well as sites in Whitby and Innisfil, all of which needed to be completed within a tight two-day window.
These are active retail environments with steady customer traffic, so clarity, durability, and timing were critical. The objective was to restore parking lot organization and safety across all locations while keeping downtime to an absolute minimum and maintaining a consistent standard of work from site to site.
By planning the work as a single, multi-location project, we were able to sequence crews efficiently and deliver uniform results across all four properties.
Cleaned and prepared each parking lot surface to ensure proper paint adhesion and clean line definition.
Re-striped all parking lines and pavement markings at both Guelph locations, as well as the Whitby and Innisfil sites.
Used solvent-based yellow traffic paint to achieve high visibility, durability, and long service life in high-traffic retail environments.
Coordinated work across all locations to complete the full scope within two days.
Restored clear traffic flow, parking organization, and site safety across all Royal Distributing properties involved.
Delivered consistent, professional results across multiple sites under a compressed schedule.
